Get a new editor!

Although the book does contain good information, it is presented in an extremely repetitive manner. Things are restated two or even three times over. Also, this is the most poorly edited book I have ever read. I find it rather pathetic that a college textbook should have such an abundance of spelling and grammar errors that should have been caught before putting this book into production.

Purchased book as a required read for a college course. Easy to read and includes many side boxes as examples to the concepts being discussed. Gave four stars because sometimes it went on and on about one concept and skimmed through others that seemed more important to my professor. Overall, good textbook.
