I like Craig Boddington. As a member of Safari Club International I have read many of his articles, and this book did not disapointed me at all.
You will find many practical guidelines to maximize your beloved tool for the different types of hunting that you will pursue: from an accurate description of a hunting rifle, to actions to chose, stocks, sights, cleaning, and troubleshooting accuracy. Additionaly you may also capitalize good advises regarding mounting scopes, bedding and sighting. All this in plain and easy to read English.
You may also like his book "How to shoot a Rifle Accurately Under Hunting Conditions.
In both of them, Craig puts a lot of his immense experience in hunting.

Excellent book. And I have read others on the topic. She goes into a list of therapies, some I was unfamiliar with. So I am glad i got this book. I saw a lot of comments on a website from the UK about this women embarrassing herself,, she should get a life ....blah blah blah. For one thing she has a life "embarrassing" herself so the rest of us don't feel so alone. I am stilt obsessed with someone I fell for in the forth grade and I am well into middle age. People told me to forget him and i did. moved away and demanded nobody speak his name to me. Really helpful and insightful read.

Liz Hodgkinson's experience of being love-sick and heartbroken has helped me overcome my own experiences. Although I do not consider my "crush" to be obsessive it is certainly unrequited and trying to move on has been difficult. This book was very helpful as it showed me that I am not the only one to have felt such strong emotions and had difficulty over-coming them. I have seen now how, if not sorted, this love will affect my life so I am following Liz Hodgkinson's advice and trying the Alexander technique. I would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone who has experienced an obsessive crush, it is an insightful read that has given me a real confidence boost to try and take back my life and find someone who loves me in return. Thank you Liz Hodgkinson.

I really enjoyed this book. I actually rarely buy books, but I am glad I bought this one on my Kindle. I felt like the book helped me relate to other people with the same problems. It was nice to not feel like the only person that has this problem.

His poetry evokes our humanity and frequently draws attention to the mortality that we all share. He writes of animals and literary figures, poetry and wandering. He s profound without being pretentious, a plain-spoken observer of the human animal. What I Saw on My Walk is the title poem. It mimics in loose prose-poetic form the act of taking a short stroll partially for exercise, partially to clear the heard. It slowly develops from several seemingly random thoughts and descriptions into something much more focused: a definition of love that Jack observes acted out in front of him in an unexpected manner. It dares to be sentimental but earns it. There are many more poems to discover in this collection. Some have similarities to the ones I have described or use a similar technique of combining a variety of memories, thoughts, images and quirky concepts into something that comes together as if all the disparate elements really were meant to come together in the way Jack imagines. There are unabashedly sentimental moments, lines and whole strophes that border on the clich� not simply to take a short-cut or because the writer is lazy or ill-equipped, but to bring a point or message into focus. We know from the word choice, the use of language, the care with which the poems have been created that nothing has been done because the writer is taking a short-cut or doesn t have a high level of skill. It s being done because it s the best way to communicate what McCarthy wants to communicate or show. It s earned. i am so sorry and ashamed of myself for wasting my money on this book. How can Amazon sell such garbage at such ridiculously inflated prices? The only other reviewer who gave it a 5 star review must be related to this 'author'. No publisher worth their salt would publish such ridiculous material, so the author must print these books in his basement. Please do not be fooled, don't waste your money on this book. The content is unverified and redundant and their is virtually no editing. I barely made it through the first chapter before i decided to use this book as kindling for my woodstove. I just don't understand how Amazon would sell such tripe. Never again~!
